Delivery
For delivery within the Republic of Croatia we use HP Express services.
Delivery within Croatia is 4.99 EUR.
Delivery time within Croatia: 3 to 7 working days
For foreign orders, shipping costs EUR 7.99, and delivery is via international delivery services.
Delivery time abroad: 3 to 7 business days
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Returns and complaints
All boroviti.eu customers have the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement (return the order) without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In order for the Buyer to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement (return), he must notify the Seller of his decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiry of the deadline by an unambiguous statement sent by post or e-mail, stating his name and surname, address, telephone number, fax number or e-mail address. The request for unilateral termination of the Agreement is sent to the e-mail info@boroviti.eu or by post to the address Kaia Form & Flora doo, Martićeva ulica 10, 10000 Zagreb.
The Seller will provide the Buyer with confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract, without delay, by e-mail. All users are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
After the Buyer requests a return, the Seller's staff will contact him and give instructions for making the return. In order for the return to be accepted, the returned goods must be unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. If the goods are not in proper condition (unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging), the Seller will not be able to accept the return request and the Buyer will have to pay the postage in the amount of 4 EUR to have the goods sent back to his home address.
If, upon inspection of the product, the Seller determines that the returned goods are in proper condition, he will refund the full amount paid by the Buyer to the current account or credit card, or in the same manner in which the Buyer made the payment, no later than 14 days from the receipt of the decision on unilateral termination of the contract. The Seller may only refund the money after the goods have been returned to him; the Buyer is deemed to have fulfilled his obligation on time if, before the expiry of the aforementioned deadline, he sends or hands over the goods to the Seller, or to a person authorized by the Seller to receive the goods. The Buyer can return all items to the goods at Martićeva ulica 10, 10000 Zagreb, after the return request has been approved.
The buyer is obliged to return the goods within two working days of the request being approved.
If after 20 days from placing your order you do not receive any notification about the status of your order or delivery, please contact info@boroviti.eu so that we can take action to locate the shipment or send a replacement.
