Boroviti - Pine needle preparation

Pine syrup is made by traditional processing of young pine shoots, hand-collected in the area of Masna Luka - Blidinje.

Pine needles contain essential oils (pinene, limonene, camphor) that have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. They are rich in flavonoids and phenolic compounds, powerful antioxidants that help protect the respiratory system from oxidative stress. They also contain vitamin C and organic acids, which contribute to strengthening the immune system.

Thanks to this natural combination of substances, Boroviti has a beneficial effect on the throat, bronchi and lungs, making breathing easier and providing a feeling of relief for irritated airways.
